Cancellation Policy

I know you are a super considerate person, and will always let me know if you can not come to collect your item for any reason. I really appreciate that! So I wanted to let you know I prefer you call me in these cases, so you can guarantee that I know the plan, and am not moving things around or waiting in. Unfortunately we are not a permanent store, and will be leaving the country soon, so we will only be able to accept re-bookings up to 1 week before we leave. After that, anything that has been bought and not collected, and no other plan has been made with us, may be given away without notice to the buyer, and refunds will be given in credit to Phoenix Hart Designs Services for up to 12 months.
